Facit Technologies is the developer facing sister brand of Facit Homes which has been building homes since 2011 direct to the consumer. Facit has proven its technology through the delivery of 74,000 square feet of property before launching the B2B business.
A multidisciplinary team with a wide range of backgrounds and experience, we are architects, designers, technicians, specialist fabricators, site coordinators and contract managers. Our combined expertise covers the broad spectrum of skills required to deliver cutting edge homes. As a team we are constantly innovating and developing the way we work together in order to improve our product and our service. And we always have some fun along the way

Founder & CEO
Bruce is the founder of Facit Homes and our creative force. He is widely respected as a trailblazer in the world of digitally manufactured architecture and drives the high standards of design and construction expected of every home we deliver.
Oliver Thomas
Design Technology Director
An architect formerly at BIG Architects specializing in design, technology and fabrication, Oliver is also the founder of Archi-Tech Network… an online platform that aims to foster collaboration, discussion and education resources around the intersection of Architecture and Technology.
Alessandra di Simone
Construction Director
With a background in economics and quantity surveying, Ale manages our costings, contracts, subcontractors and valuations, and oversees our construction programmes. A master of budgeting, she keeps everyone in line and up to date.
Pedro Hurtado
Head of Production
Pedro leads our production process and is responsible for the constant improvement of our systems and product. As a CAD/CAM specialist he turns our homes from digital designs into physical reality and is a true technical wizard.
Jennifer dos Reis
Architectural Designer
A qualified architect in Brazil and an expert in BIM for residential formerly at PRP Architects, Jenny works across multiple project stages, including the technical design information for our homes, coordinating a smooth transition between the design and the works on site.
Alec Parcell
Project Architect
Qualified Architect with significant residential experience working across built projects and masterplans during his 6 years at Allies and Morrison. Now translating this experience to create more sustainable places to live.
Daniel Florescu
Production Engineer
An expert in design for manufacture with a specialism in programmatic design for manufacture and metal fabrication he finds new possibilities within the production processes.
Matthew Gillen
Project Architect
Working across technical design and construction management, Matt is a qualified architect and BIM Champion (it's an actual thing). His attention to detail ensures that everything is in its right place and our homes are built as designed.
Barry O'Shea
Architect
An architect with a broad experience in residential design, Barry works mainly across the early stages of our projects, from layouts to concept designs and planning applications to interior specifications.
Matthew Pratt
Digital Architect
Matt is an accomplished architect having worked for Foster and Partners, Heatherwick studio has extensive experience managing design processes from initial concept through to detailed construction. His technical expertise in multiple software environments alongside BIM is impressive.
Jake Quinlan
Architectural Technologist
As a chartered Architectural Technologist, Jake brings a wealth of technical knowledge to our projects having previously worked in modular with Tophat. He has a deep understanding of how buildings are put together and a passion for modern methods of construction.
George Dima
Accounts
Our accounts, invoicing, order management and payroll are all managed by George. With a background in construction and accountancy, George is focused on fine-tuning our systems and ensuring every penny (and screw) is accounted for.
